Wholesale Box Online ships via 3rd part freight companies, USPS, UPS, and Fedex. By shopping with Wholesale Box Online we reserve the right to dispatch the order using the best-determined carrier and the ability to guarantee a specific carrier is currently unavailable. Express & Overnight shipping is not guaranteed by Wholesale Box Online. For longer or heavier haul deliveries we use trusted LTL carriers and partners. All shipping times are best effort, and are estimates provided by the shipment companies. Shipping times are never guaranteed, though 20 days is generally when a shipment may be deemed lost.
When ordering, it is possible for shipments to be a mix of parcels with LTL, all LTL, or even all parcels as this does not guarantee the actual shipping method LTL vs Parcel but would provide the absolute best shipping cost for any order. While Handling time is usually within 48 hours, it may be longer do to supply chain delays. Wholesale box does not guarantee handling times.
For standard parcel orders, your goods would be estimated to be dispatched the same to the next business day after the order is placed. Most orders are shipped same day and we make every effort to fulfill orders as fast as possible. For ground shipments, it usually takes anywhere from 1 - 6 business days to arrive depending on the ship to location. This is an estimated transit time and actual transit times and carrier delays may vary.
All shipped products are insured. Damaged returns, only when the product itself is damaged, must complete the insurance claim form. Items shipped in good condition but in separate parcels are non-refundable. Items shipped in good condition, but exterior packaging has taken damaged are not refundable.
Denial of freight may result in a 20% restocking fee and forfeiture of your shipping charge. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
A signature may be required at the time of delivery by USPS for higher-value orders. If the driver feels it is best to obtain a signature and no one is present to accept the delivery after three attempts, the package will be returned to us or the terminal.
