Simple, Quick, and Hassle-Free Returns

Your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.


🕒 Return Window

We offer a 20-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
If more than 20 days have passed, we cannot offer a return or refund.


📦 Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Original packaging, tags, and labels must be included (when applicable)

  • All returns must be approved before being shipped back

  • A restocking fee of 20% may apply, especially for:

    • Custom or specialty items

    • LTL or oversized freight shipments

    • Express or non-standard shipping services

Note: Return shipping costs, LTL freight, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

📬 Missing or Damaged Items

Missing an Item?

Email us at info@wholesaleboxonline.com and we’ll resolve it quickly.

Item Damaged in Transit?

  • Do not discard the product or packaging

  • Take clear photos and email them to info@wholesaleboxonline.com

  • We will assist with a replacement or insurance claim

All orders are insured. If a product arrives damaged, a completed insurance claim form (provided by us) is required.

Important: Claims for damage, missing items, or stolen packages must be submitted within 2 days of delivery.


📦 Packaging Damage

If the exterior box is damaged but the product itself is unharmed, the order does not qualify for a refund.
Returns are only accepted when the product itself is damaged.


📪 Delivered but Not Received

If your package shows as delivered but is missing or stolen:

  • Notify us and the shipping carrier immediately

  • We will help initiate a shipping claim

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and depend on the carrier’s decision

  • Carrier claim decisions are final


🕐 Late Arrivals & Delays

Delivery times are not guaranteed.
If your order arrives late but within 20 days of delivery, you may still request a return.

If your order appears lost, notify us. Most carriers consider a package “lost” after 20 days with no tracking movement. Refunds or replacements can only be issued after this period and with a completed insurance claim.


🔄 Exchanges

For the fastest service:

  1. Request approval to return the original item

  2. Place a new order separately


💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you if your refund is approved

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days

  • Banks and card issuers may take additional time to process the credit

📸 Return Requirements

WholesaleBoxOnline.com may require photos of shipping labels, packaging, or product condition before authorizing a return.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if fraudulent activity is suspected.
