Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays or unexpected closures.

Orders placed before 1:30 PM Central Time typically ship the same business day.

We strive for prompt fulfillment, but occasional unforeseen delays may occur.

We ship throughout the United States, with limited service to APO, FPO, Puerto Rico, Canada, and Mexico.

Transit times displayed at checkout are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.
Typical ground delivery time is 1–6 business days, depending on destination.
Shipping Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible.
We will attempt to process the change before your order ships.
If the order has already been dispatched:

The carrier may deliver to the original address

Wholesale Box Online is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout

Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages
Once the carrier marks a package as Delivered, it is considered successfully delivered.
If your package is lost, stolen, or misdelivered:

We will help you file a claim with the shipping carrier

Claim decisions are made solely by the shipping carrier, not Wholesale Box Online
Freight Shipments & Denied Delivery
Freight (LTL) shipments may require special handling at delivery.
If a freight shipment is denied by the customer or receiving party:

A 20% restocking fee will apply

Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable

Additional carrier fees may apply
Signature Requirements
Some higher-value or large orders may require a signature upon delivery.
If the carrier attempts delivery three times with no recipient available:

The shipment may be held at a terminal or returned to us
