Berran standard warranty at a glance
Every new Eagle machine purchased from Wholesale Box Online carries Berran Industrial Group's standard warranty. Coverage depends on the type of machine:
What's covered
- Parts that prove defective under normal use during the warranty period
- Covered parts are repaired or replaced at Berran's discretion
- Extended warranties are available on request — ask us when you order
What's not covered
- Labor — the warranty is parts only
- Consumable wear parts
- On-site service and travel costs (paid by the purchaser)
- Shipping to Berran (freight prepaid by the purchaser)
How to make a warranty claim
- Contact us first at (504) 576-9989 or info@wholesaleboxonline.com. Have your model, serial number, order or invoice number, and a description or photos of the problem ready.
- Troubleshoot — many issues are solved over the phone using the operations manual below.
- Get a Return Authorization (RA). Parts or machines can't be sent back without one. We'll help you get the RA from Berran.
- Ship the part or machine freight prepaid to Berran, which inspects it and repairs or replaces covered parts.
